They work with my BiPap respirator allowing me to keep a good mask seal. My supplier sends what they call head gear but without the straps. I was using strong tape on old headgear and that did not last long. I ordered 2 3-packs and will have months of good sleep therapy.

Great, inexpensive replacement headgear for AirFit F20. Very strong velcro and it feels secure on face. The only drawback I find is that the material is a little more elastic than the original headgear. I had to adjust it multiple times daily until it finally fit well. After a few days and stretching it out a little, I haven't had to make many adjustments.
