The image is very confusing. This is just the straps, not the nasal pillow or tube. I know there is a note, but several of the images shows stuff that is not included. Please update the images, put an X over the things that are not included.

This item DOES NOT come with all the items as described in the description. Missing NASAL pillows and tubing, so only the headgear. Reached out to the seller and they were very unhelpful. Advised me to just return for refund. This is a product for medical requirements not pleasure. In addition, this item is now discontinued by RESMED, so hard to find. Very disappointed and feel let down.

Haven't tried this yet as all the photos showed the hose/tube with the headgear but it does not. Also, the narrative does NOT say tube [pictured] is excluded. Ordered a tube and will try it then. So if you order this, it needs tube/hose.

Is a genuine Resmed product. Arrived in a timely manner. Mine broke after after 17 years of use. Was so glad to get the exact same piece. Every thing fits perfectly. I do recommend this.

The picture shows the head gear plus the hose and states small medium large for the nose pads. No nose pads and no hose was shipped with the order.

I have used this headgear along with a nose pillow for months. I could not be happier. As you can see, this headgear is minimal in appearance, But is large in performance. It holds the nose pillow in position very well. And is so comfortable, that at times I barely feel it. It is easy and quick to put on and take off. It is well designed. And it holds the nose pillow in position nicely. While sleeping on my back, it needs no repositioning at all through the night. While sleeping on my sides, it may need minor adjusting a few times if any throughout a night.
