I'm shocked at how much more comfortable these are than the name brand version. The shape is slightly different, and it just works better for me. I'm super sensitive to the way things feel against my skin... especially my face. I find that the velcro lasts longer than the name brand, too.

I found they’re the same size as the ResMed large, but they’re comfortable to wear. I need the medium size- the upper straps are too long to attach correctly.

After several years my ResMed harness was showing a little wear so I got this to replace it. Fits fine; comfortable, appears to be reliable, supports a good seal.

I have a ResMed F20 CPAP headset, with a large mask. The headset did not have a size written anywhere on it. I ordered the large and it worked but was loose, and seemed like there was a lot of extra material. I returned it and ordered the medium and it is the exact same as the original ResMed. Quality seems ok and expect it to last 5-6 months like the ResMed one.I took off one star since the seller did not list the measurements on the product page, which caused me to return and reorder the medium. These are well made and fit well. I use my CPAP machine every night and these are holding up very well. They also were a good price for a two pack. I would buy them again and recommend them to my friends.
