Screws were a little too long, they made a bump in the arm pad. I put 3 washers on each screw and good to go. Comfortable and nice looking.

Mounting holes do NOT measure 4" center to center. Holes are less than 4" apart, roughly 3.75" and did not fit my chair.

They have gone past the original arm rests life span. I do like the texture they are not mushy like the originals.

Same comment as many before. Screws are too long. BUT, at least it comes with screws, so took a chance. My original screws were 1/4-20x1/2, these were 1/4-28x3/4. Since thread didn't match I couldn't use old screws, since 28 thread is uncommon couldn't pick up new ones easily. SO, put cutting wheel on angle grinder and shortened them. Problem solved!

The new arm pads are very nice. I would have given it 5 stars but just like everyone else has said the bolts that are included are too long to use. 6x20mm was included and 6x12mm is what I needed just like most other customers. Had a nice set of 4 stainless steel ones that were included in the 3' long jumbo pack of 3 trillion extra bolts you get of every size possible with a tv wall mount that weren't needed for that project. Once I measured and substituted out the bolts it went together quickly and looks/feels really good. If there is such a thing as a chair that needs 6x20mm bolts it would be nice if they also included a set of 6x12's since most U.S. chairs will require that. Can't really rate durability the 1st day I put them into service.

These seem more durable than the original armrests for the chair. (The original arm rests has softer plastic on the outside, but it eventually cracked and began to flake off.) These new ones will likely last longer. Due to the harder plastic, they are slightly comfortable.
