Smooth and comfortable surface is nice, I like them better than the ones that came with the chair, the only thing I didn't like was the smell from the materials they are made from, but the smell was gone after a day.

The movers did a job on my office chair and totally shredded of the armrests. I had absolutely no idea what make or manufacture or anything of the chair, but looked like this had the right length between the screws so I took a chance. It fit perfectly. Only thing to keep in mind is contour of the armrest means you need to make sure you have it facing the right way for the higher side to be towards the outside of the chair instead of inside, but that was user error on my part.

They are the perfect size for what I needed to replace the deteriorating ones. They smell really earthy like earthworms. Hopefully it fades.

These are shorter than the ones they were replacing, but are still comfortable and fit the existing brackets perfectly. They were easy to fit and even took the exiting bolts from the chair (although they do come with their own should you need them).

Items arrived within 2 days. They were a perfect replacement.Arm rest pads were stamped L/R so that you can install them correctly.When replacing armrest, the stamped L/R should be in the forward position (where your fingers rest). Also L/R is in reference to 'sitting' position.The individual armrest is NOT symmetrical.Higher curve should be on outer edge and the wider armrest plane should be at forward position and tapered end toward elbow. Also included were 4 replacement bolts.Make sure you measure the distance of screw area from your original armrest as well as the inset area so you can determine if this set will fit.They feel comfortable and sturdy. Only time will tell if they durable.

Went on great. Could not use the old screws but the ones supplied fit my chairs mounting just fine. This renewed my old splitting arm rests and was much easier to pay for over getting a $400 new chair. There seems to be a left and right but you have to look close to make sure you mount them in the same direction.

My old chair’s armrests began developing cracks, probably from me excessively leaning on them. After a long search for armrest replacements at a reasonable price, I finally settled on these. A year later, I can confidently say that they are both durable and very comfortable. Shipping time is a bit long but other than that, I can recommend these!

My original arm rests were completely falling apart and were never that comfortable to begin with, I finally bought these replacement arm rest pads and I could not be happier. Using the original screws that came with the chair, I quickly lined up the plates and installed the new arm rests without issue. Only install issue is that they are not universal and the pads will feel weird if installed backwards. Once they were on and oriented correctly, the chair looks brand new! It is also more comfortable now with the new pads, but that is not saying much since the originals were garbage. This product is definitely cheaper than buying a new chair, I would recommend trying these first.

I purchased these armrest pads to replace the ones that came with my office chair on which the rubber pads had become damaged, with some areas torn out. In comparison to those, these replacements seem more sturdy and better attached to the metal mounting brackets. Installation was simple, and the package came with fasteners (although I reused my old fasteners). The pads on these replacements are firmer and a bit more slick than the old ones, and have a contour along the top of the pad to support the user's forearms. All in all I am pleased with my purchase, and am hopeful they will prove durable.
