I am so glad I found this replacement, it works perfectly for my furnace, it lit up for one shot. I purchased another one just in case in the future they run out of stock. I purchased one from another store, I think their temperature does not go up enough to light up my furnace, my old one worn out after frequent lit up.

Was doing some furnace work and accidentally broke the igniter element. I got this as a replacement and it seems to be working just fine so far. Was a touch shorter than the original and required a little adjustment to get the element to the proper distance to ignite the gas, but once in place it has been working for several months without any issues or hesitation.

Direct replacement for Norton 271N. Was able to get the furnace back up and running in no time.

Had to drill a mounting hole as the ceramic cement around the heating element was not as smooth as the original part. Price was 50 dollars less than the local HVAC shop. And their replacement part required cutting off the plug and splicing wire together. I would buy this again.
