My favorite thing about this shelf system is that it comes with plenty of shelves. I could put them fairly close together and still have enough.My twelve-year-old and I assembled one without much fuss. It's sturdy and it didn't feel flimsy when we were moving it around. Something you can't take for granted these days.

There is no way this unit should have a rating of over a thousand pounds. The shelves are pretty flimsy, with much flex, wouldnt hold the load anyway, but the real Achilles heel of this unit is the caster construction. With less than 150# total on the five-shelf unit , pushing it along a concrete floor caused the leading two casters to buckle, bending their undersized 1/4/20 threaded stems and ruining the ability to move the unit. Ill have to remove everything, try and unscrew the really weak , now bent stems of the poorly engineered casters and use the feet.

We wanted to organize our countertop appliances and serving platters along with bulky items like coolers and less frequently used things like thermoses and vases. I'm 5'5" and I can reach everything on any shelf. It was easy to assemble, it large enough to make everything accessible and is very sturdy. This purchase was a good value and makes that collection of our look tidy and organized!

I BOUGHT THIS FOR THE KITCHEN. IT HOLDS A LOT OF STUFF LIKE DISHES AND FOOD. IT'S LOADED AND HAD HEAVY STUFF LIKE WATER JUGS AND DOG FOOD.
