First note... These shelves are versatile in that they will make side-by-side shelves as well as straight up-and-down shelves. That is really a positive feature.There are thingy-ma-bobs n the box/package that look like washers not listed in the instructions and are maybe to not have damaged shipments but we weren't able to isolate their function. If that's the case, they don't work as one of our racks were a little bent halfway across the end but we were able to straighten it out with a mallet. Watch Youtube videos for assembly. We picked these particular shelves because we are a Traveling Nurse Home and have an eight-bedroom home so eight shelves seemed good.The company should have a YouTube video matching the name on Amazon or a weblink to watch. Also, during assembly I would cut a board the distance of spacing vertically for both ends so the height is consistent as you assemble.Aside from poor instructional planning, the shelves appear sturdy and it is a good value. If we need another shelf we would buy this product again. Also, vertical use is some of your best use for storage and space.

Easy to assemble and alter rack heights during and after assembly. Just the thing for my garage.I wish the racks had a small upstanding to back and sides to prevent things falling off.Good sturdy product and does not come apart if you need to move it around to suit the room/garage layout. Also gave leveling feet which is good.

This shelf was a great space saver in my mudroom/pantry. It did not take up too much space but holds a large amount of items. I’m glad I bought this product. It took maybe 15 minutes to put together and had very simple instructions.

As stated, it did not take 15 minutes to put together. Due to its stability, I felt it was an unsecured item to place certain items on.Also, this seller's failure to include free returns is inconsistent with other sellers' offering the same items. I would not purchase from this seller again.

The actual dimensions are slightly smaller than what's listed. The shelves are 17" deep & 23" wide. The uprights are 71.5" tall, with the feet. This isn't a big deal to me, but I didn't see the actual dimensions listed anywhere and it may make the difference to someone else.Be aware if you order precut shelf liners - most are cut for 18x24" shelves and they'll be too big for these shelves!The shelves are nice. The instructions seemed easy enough (except the "E" parts were referred to as "G" in the instructions) and construction was fairly quick.

Great metal shelves.I ordered this shelving unit and had a slight issue in shipping. The company was quick to solve the issue with damage from the shipping service that was used.I'm happy with my purchase and the great customer service I experienced.
