Your cart is empty.Nylog Blue is an elastic fluid made from synthetic refrigeration grade compressor oil. Nylog Blue is fully miscible and compatible with all system refrigerants and oils. Gaskets coated with Nylog will never dry or become heat fixed to the surface. Threaded connections coated with Nylog will block high pressure leaks by forming a hydraulic seal. Nylog can be used an assembly lube when installing shaft seals, o-rings, schraeder valves, ball valves, or other internal system components.

I have to be honest, it does taste kind of odd.Just kidding. It is an HVAC fitting sealant. Pretty much the standard.Don't eat it.

I use this on flair nuts and most other threaded fittings that is used for refrigerants.Somehow it stops the most stubborn leaks the first time. One tine I came across a flair nut thathad been cross threaded and it was in a very tight place to get to and was not able to re flairthe tubing. So I took it a part and gooped up the crossed threads and tightened the best I couldAnd to this day it has not leaked a bit.If you haven't used this goop yet give it a try..... still can't believe how well it works
