How to use the bore sight?
1.Unscrew the back cap from the bore sight by turning counter clockwise
2.Stand the bore sight on a flat surface with the laser side pointing down
3.Insert batteries (+ side up) inside the rear opening
4.Carefully push down and turn the screw cap clockwise to tighten the cap (the laser is now on)
5.Place in your rifle’s chamber and close the bolt
6.To remove - open the bolt if it does not automatically extract, manually remove the unit by tilting the rifle’s barrel upward (always practicing safe firearm practices)
7.Unscrew the back and remove the batteries to turn the unit off

This really helped me dial in my handgun. I really like the foam storage package it comes in which allows easy access to the batteries. Fits perfectly and very accurate. The laser is strong and easy to see. I used it to dial in a red dot sight. I also like that there are three extra backup batteries.

Its bright laser does what is supposed to do. Small box is perfect for range bag. Sighted two 1911s in less than five minutes. Great price. No off button is not a big deal since these are not used often.

These are an absolute must if you are trying to sight in any type of either laser or maybe scope or even an optic not only does it make it super easy to get it lined up, but let you do it from the comfort of your living room, and without having to waste any ammo, highly recommend

It worked but. Unlike other laser bore sights I have the only way to turn it on off is by removing the batteries.
