Comes with all adapeters, although some not quite a great fit in all weapons. Fits my wife's Ruger .22 Semi auto fairly well, but couldn't seem to center it in my 6.5 Creedmoor. Didn't seem to matter what end I put on it. Fit fairly snug, but not tight on my .243 as well.

I rarely write reviews as products should work as advertised. This is an exception, the good kind. I have had 2 name brand laser boresights, but they all have 3 common problems. The batteries are tiny and you need 4 to operate the boresight, the red laser is hard to see outside unless you have reflective target, and the tail is too thick (won't fit in .17 HMR rifles) and too long (reaches the chamber area in EDC handguns and has no way to fit snug)This item corrects all that, the green shows up on my standard targets on a tree 50 yards out in the back yard or can be taped to the fireplace chimney in the backyard about 15 yards away. The battery is 1 lithium battery and I have been using this a few months now on that same batter...the unit comes with 2. So much easier to load this one. The tail of the product is great, it is thin enough I can use it for my .17 HMR rifles so no longer need the special bullet shaped laser boresight I bought for them. The tail is also short enough to give a solid fit and rifles and all my handguns. I have a Ruger LCP Max with a 3"+ barrel and it fits nicely. All my other handguns are from 3.5" up to 5" lengths, it fits them all without reach the more open chamber are where the national brands tail reaches. This product is the last boresight you need. easy to see and gets your sights or scopes on target before you get to the range. This puts you on paper when you take your first shots then you can make adjustments as needed. Fantastic product, I am happy with its performance and would highly recommend

This laser boresighter is invaluable if you want to align your gun barrel and scope so that your shot accuracy is greatly improved. It is easy to use and has multiple extensions to fit any size firearm, from handguns to rifles. The laser is powerful and can be seen at a great distance. An invaluable tool for the serious firearm enthusiast.

Let’s start with the obvious, this unit is cheap. Relatively speaking a round of most rifle ammo can be close to a dollar, and even pistol rounds are fifty cents plus for match grade. If you can eliminate 5-6 shots from your usual zero SOP you just saved some dough ray me.I haven’t had a true opportunity to take this to a range, but have three new pieces and one is missing a front sight (ordered) I want to make sure they are all up to our standard and zeroed and ready to go.The way I tested this was I have 3 known zero weapons, hand gun, bolt action Rifle and AR platform. I installed the bore laser in each of them and they were all within 1-2” at 30yds and the bolt action was dead on although the laser is pretty large diameter at 30-50 yds so getting absolute zero will take additional effort beyond the bore tool. With the AR platform the muzzle device seemed to add variations as I turned the laser in the bore, for truer initial set up I would recommend removing the muzzle device. And if you have a can on this likely will only help with left to right variance and not drop.Bottom line this was very inexpensive compared to most high end models, the bore plugs are not well marked and are small plastic pieces. Likely you will only use this for initial setup of new optics or after a swap, possibly to align handgun sites after changing etc. This unit came with 2 batteries meaning it shipped with a spare that was nice, the bore plugs are numbered but the numbers are 1-2mm in size on molded plastic (barely visible) plugs are colored so maybe long term it becomes more intuitive. Green laser is extremely bright at 10-15 yards it is great, out past 30-50 and the laser beam seemed pretty large it dwarfed my bolt action steel open sight post, and on an AR 3x optic with 4 MOA center dot it was larger than the dot so absolute zero would be impossible but it would likely get you to within 3-4” groups before you needed to start sending rounds down range.

This boresighter was well designed. It has excellent accuracy and consistency, and is mostly easy to use.The accuracy is proven by using the boresight multiple times, with the product being rotated to different posiitons for each test. The laser dot does NOT move on the target. It stays in one spot, which means that the boresighter is truly concentric with the firearm's bore when installed correctly. It is mostly easy to use, with one exception: Any "labeling" on the inserts that customize the device to each specific actual barrel bore is too tiny to actually read, even with a magnifying glass! But I got around that by simply starting by trial fitting inserts that were just a bit too visibly large, going smaller, until I got an insert that would insert into the bore (BEFORE being expanded), and then using the provided (!!) tiny screwdriver to enlarge the insert's diameter by tightening it a BIT at a time until it would JUST slide into the bore but NOT be sloppy at all. That made the boresighter PERFECTLY truly concentric with the bore, as evidenced by the styability of the laser dot on the target no matter how the boresighter was "clocked" in the bore.I imagine that if you use TOO small a base insert and then expand it, there might be some flexibility possible due to the (necessary) rubber composition of the inserts, so don't do that. Use the largest base insert that will fit into the bore before being expanded. This kit is unusually complete too, including TWO batteries (one is a spare!), the tiny screwdriver, and a really nice case to keep everything safely, and nicely, stored. The red laser light is VERY visible.Highly recommended.

I recently bought, reviewed, and returned the LaserLyte competitive product. I knew what kind of tool I wanted and bought the most expensive version of it in the belief that it would be the "best".After returning the LaserLyte, I decided to try again with the Strong Tools boresighter in green. The price was approximately half that of the LaserLyte. In comparison:1. Strong Tools boresighter comes in a nice plastic case that closes tightly and has a properly fitting place for each component of the kit. LaserLyte comes in a fragile foam sleeve with no place to keep anything.2. The instructions for Strong Tools, while containing grammatical and typographical errors, are clear, and there is an explanation not only how to set the sighter up, but also how to use it. LaserLyte was incoherent with illustrations that were useless, and with no advice on how to use the tool.3 The Strong Tools sighter has an on-off switch. The only way to turn the LaserLyte off is to remove the three fiddly little batteries, which are prone to falling out of the uncovered recess anyway. Also, Strong Tools uses one single battery (and comes with a spare).4. Both the Strong Tools and LaserLyte have multiple plastic inserts for different calibers. In the Strong Tools kit, the adjustment screw is already IN the plastic insert and ready for use. The LaserLyte screws and plastic inserts are loose in a plastic bag, and the little screws DO NOT FIT THROUGH THE HOLES in the insert. I note (retroactively) that this is a common problem with LaserLyte, and many users report having had to drill the holes in the plastic inserts to get the screws in. The plastic inserts are extremely fragile and seem prone to breakage while doing the drilling, which you would think would not be necessary anyway. I did not find out, because after taking 20 minutes to figure out how to power up, and 15 trying in vain to get the screw through the insert without breaking it, I returned it (the LaserLyte).5. The green laser was bright and easily visible both through the scope, and without, at the 50 yard measured distance at which I was sighting. In an hour, taking my time, I had sighted or resighted two 22LR rifles, a 221FB handgun, and a 22-250 rifle. It was easy as could be. I was working outdoors in cloudy daylight and there was no problem in seeing the lasers. For each weapon sighted, I would match the scope to the laser dot, then remove the sighting tool and replace it and resight to see if the laser point of aim was the same. It was not, but the variance was only about 1-3 clicks, mostly windage. This gave me confidence that the Strong Tools is working consistently.6. I have not yet fired any of the guns, so I cannot yet say if "consistent" is matched by "accurate". However, one of the rifles sighted was an extremely accurate Brno Model 1 with a Leupold 2-7 Rimfire scope that I knew to already be sighted properly. The StrongTool laser and the scope crosshair were almost perfectly aligned on the first try, so I am optimistic that the other three will be "on the paper" when I start the firing tests.I almost gave up on this type of tool after my experience with the LaserLyte. I'm glad I did not, though I'm glad I gave up on the LaserLyte. At half the price, the Strong Tools option is the best. In fact it would also be the best if it were twice the price of the LaserLyte. It would also be better even if the LaserLyte were FREE, assuming that you want your tools to conveniently accomplish what they were designed to do. I do.

Laser quality and strength is excellent. I am not using it as fine bore sighter, but for dry firing practice from a carbine at home - you could still of course use as a bore sighter. Only issue I really have is that the section of the product that goes into the barrel is made of a relatively soft metal and bends relatively easily. Good range of plugs for various caliber sizes.
