Truck or RV
This mount has a 2" hitch receiver, so it's suitable for trucks that also have a 2" receiver. It is recommended that the receiver be frame welded, since this mount is made to hold weight. This can also be mounted to the back of an RV with a RV bumper hitch.
Heights
This kayak rack is adjustable. The lower cradle hoop has holes for three different mounting heights. This means that you are able to adjust it for a perfect fit for your kayak or paddleboard.

This rack is heavy duty. The Kayaks sir nicely in the foam noodles, I ran the top strap at an up angle so if it want to slide down traveling it would be going toward the wider part of the Kayak body making it tighter then put a bungee In between the upper and lower straps to keep both from walking to a narrower part when traveling. Very well designed. In my opinion, well worth the money.

We wanted hard kayaks to be able to go more places while camping than we were comfortable with using the inflatables we had. We transport 4 boats, so this allowed us to put the two longer ones on the back of the camper and keep the shorter ones inside. The rack is very easy to assemble, and installation was as simple as any other item that goes in a hitch receiver. I did use a bolt and lock washer instead of a hitch pin to make it a little harder for someone to decide they need this more than I do. The adjustment for ground clearance was simple to do. It's a definite bonus that it comes with the anti-rattle clamp. The product description does need to include better dimensions for the hoops that the boats sit in. I had to go to the manufacturer's site to verify that ours would fit depth-wise before I ordered it. 11" deep boats fit perfectly. The top bracket is really wide, so I added additional pieces of pool noodle to keep the 33" boats from being able to shift side to side. The only thing that might make this better is if was configured for 4 boats from the center receiver instead of just two. I don't want to have to get tubes welded on the hitch and buy another rack for the two other boats. I did notice a little difference in the balance of the camper, especially over bumps, so an offset weight in the front will be needed to bring that back to where it was. Great design, well made, and easy to use.

Was as advertised, worked well ,ratchet straps ends at too long when hooking them to te anchor points ,rubbing the kiaks, raped the around I d the .ast one time resolved the problem.

My Hobie didn't fit the 2 small slots on the bottom holder. Luckily I was able to modify mine to fit. Maybe you should offer different bottom holders for specific kayaks. The pool noodles that come with it are way to thin to provide adequate protection to the kayak IMO. Would like to talk with the company to find some new features to add to this rack. I'd recommend as a buy.

I love this for putting my kayak on my rv trailer. I felt it needed more foam to put my kayak on. I have a wilderness recon 120 and an oldtown for fishing. That have more base than standard kayak but this mount works great for both.
