Work well for low voltage control systems on a pair of antique gen sets. Has held up well.

Nice and flexible making it easy to route within your vehicle. I used it in a 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma to run two lines from the head unit, under the center console to amps under the seat. One length cut in half and had plenty of extra length.

My first time using 9 wire in a car stereo install. This makes it a lot easier by not having to run new speaker wires all throughout the car to the doors from the amp in the rear. If you're less than 100w, your car's factory wires to the factory speaker locations should be adequate when replacing you speakers with aftermarket. The jacket is very flexible and had a surface that's easy to fish and pull through the vehicle. It was a timesaver.

I really didn't expect much, but this is honestly extremely nice wire and worked amazing for my application. I also like that it's already color coded and includes a rem turn on wire. Will definitely buy again. It is definitely true to spec 18 AWG

I was very happy with this purchase for one the cable is long enough for most projects. The wire gauge is of decent gauge for average speaker systems and the wire colors are paired up example there are two purple wires one is solid purple and one has a black strip in it same with the white wires so you can pair them up for speakers L or R and + or -. There is also a string in the wire bundle that you can pull to split the outside sheath and the wires are wrapped inside with a thin fabric type material which is easy to unwind and cut. This cable really simplified my auto project and I have a few wires left over in the bundle if I need to expand anything.

I'm going to say what everyone says about speedwire: I wish I knew about this years ago! This made wiring a 5-channel amp amazingly simple. The jacketing is extremely pliable and easy to tear (in a good way), the wires are all copper, and they terminate well. I like the neutral gray color of the jacket, though I definitely wouldn't complain if it was black. Sound quality is just what I would expect it to be; which is to say, not improved nor degraded. Yes this stuff is thick as a lightweight dock rope, but what do you expect? It's amazing, and I will never run a multi-channel amp without it ever again!

This is a perfectly good set of wires, but I couldn't really find a good way to actually use it. My goal was to rewire my aftermarket speakers to run off my aftermarket headunit in my 2001 Corvette and bypass all the factory Bose stuff without cutting into factory harnesses. For some reason I was thinking I could just cut a slit into the outside insulation and pull out the 4 wires for the left and right door speakers, and cleanly run the amp wire and the 4 rear speaker wires to the back in a nice 'factory' looking bundle. What happened was, I couldn't pull the wires out at all, and had to completely remove the insulation. after splitting off the various wire pairs, I realized I made a gigantic rats nest, and made my wiring job much harder and more complicated than just running to Autozone and getting a spool of paired 16 gauge speaker wire. Supposedly these are great for running wiring from a 4 channel amp up to the factory speaker harness for an easy and clean install. Other than that, I can't figure out a good use case for it.
