So happy with this. Like a health worker, i use pulso oximeter allá the time, and hate to run out of batteries. But this is rechargeable, so i can keep using it without worriyng to go for batteries. Also look strong enought to survive small falls . Definitely happy with this so much needed tool for work.

I needed to monitor my pulse rate after having surgery, and this works fine for that purpose. I've noticed that it works best when fully charged - it charges up quickly. There are times when it doesn't provide a reading - I just move it to another finger and then it works fine. I think it's a good deal for the money. I also use it to track my pulse when taking walks. If you don't need to measure things to medical-level accuracy, this will work for you.

After a heart attack I had to really monitor my vitals. This worked great and I like that it had a usb instead of batteries.

This device died exactly 1.5 months after purchase. Used 3-4 times a week.----------------------------Addition to the previous message: The Ochimeter accidentally fell from the table to the floor, after which it started working again! I hope that the accuracy of the measurements has been preserved.
