So the rail work great and look amazing, very low profile. But the rails arrived with some of the coating scratch which isn't a huge deal especially as they're aluminum. However the weather striping included while plentiful wasn't good enough to seal water out of the bed against the cab as they didn't provide a seal for that or under the rails end at the cab, those ends of the tunnel cover were just hanging in mid air and I followed the paper and official install video on YouTube. I had to buy a .375" x .675" Tintvent Ribbed Foam Rubber Seal to get a good install. Other than those issues I like the rails!

I was skeptical, and almost returned it after unboxing, but I gave it a go...The rails required me to remove the tonneau cover which was not as challenging as I anticipated. Since everything fit flush and I'm not concerned about water intrusion I neglected to install the 3m tape... we'll see how things hold up and if i need to come back to it I will. Everything buttoned back up real nice and there was plenty of tolerance on the BAX MX4 folding rack for it to operate just as good as without the TS rails. I proceeded and it took about an hour to secure the rack arms and cleats. I did not notice any flex - I think the hard tonneau and crossbars likely add stability. My rack came with extra 3/4" mounts, which I used for my Yakima box - I just drilled 3/4" holes, pulled the mounts through and used lock nuts and washers. It was easier to have 4x lock nuts that 8x Yakima thumb wheels over the U clamps that kept falling out - so even the Yakima mount is an improvement! I'm also happy in it's lowest setting the rack allows the roof box to be mounted with clearance over the cab.My gripes, which are small:1) The width of the crossbars that are going to require ingenuity to mount Yakima accessories I collected over the years.2) The trifold can only fold two deep with the rack in the lowest position3) There's a "hi" and "lo" setting which take a bit of time and effort to raise/lower. Got to be a better way than 8x bolts!4) If there was a middle setting It would allow a height that permitted the trifold to fold all the way back.I called a lot of dealers, companies and did a lot of research. If you've got a hard trifold like the BAK MX4 and a small truck like the Maverick, I'm pretty sure the Truxedo rails are your only option for a functional hard trifold AND a roof rails.

Brought the rails along with the rack system. All boxes arrived, went to go assemble and was missing the 6 clips to attach the rails to the bed. It had 4 clips for the jeep. But not the as advertised ford maverick.... so are these TS rails only for jeeps then and falsely advertised for ford mavericks as well?

If your buying the Maverick/Gladiator kit be warned the mounting hardware is for a Gladiator not a Maverick. If your installing with a cover your fine if not you'll need to get new hardware. Great product.

Right up front I'll point out that I haven't used t-slot rails yet as my new truck order has been delayed. However, I have inspected everything closely and I am very impressed with the quality of these t-slot rails, all mounting hardware, as well as the included (4) tie-downs. The tie-downs will be very useful, and on occasion I will also be mounting a bed rack on these t-slot rails. I love the fact that these t-slot rails will be usable even with a tonneau cover installed as long as the tonneau cover is mounted inside (not on top) of the pickup bed rails.Like others, I'm rather dumbfounded when I read negative feedback resulting from the fact that the reviewer thought the ~$800 rack system was included along with the t-slot rails and (4) tie-downs for $135. REALLY? Did they read the description? Do they know how much quality racks cost? The fact is this Truxedo Elevate TS Rails set this is an EXCELLENT value for $135! The (4) tie-downs are available alone as a separate kit for $69! You might then say you're paying only $66 the t-slot rails and mounting hardware! Seriously, how can you beat that?

Received today and installed. 4 spots on the metal are bare which I assume is where it was held up to be painted. The preinstalled rubber backing on each side was crooked and overhanging on the ends which inhibits you from applying the adhesive foam strips on without modifying the rubber.

Doesnt seem to fit without modifications to the Jeep Gladiator with the Backflip MX4. It seems to about .25" to shallow.
