The backsplash seems to be decent quality at a reasonable price but it is useless if you can’t assemble it. All of the assembly screws were missing. It came with the anchor screws with the cheap plastic anchors which are pretty common and would be tossed in the trash anyway. It did include the nylon locking nuts but there were no machine thread screws to go with the nuts. There were supposed to be 25 of the screws and I will not be going to the hardware store to buy something that I paid for it to come with. The backsplash will sit around collecting dust now until it is returned or the screws are sent. I have seen other reviews that also stated missing parts. Do NOT buy this product if you expect to receive the product and be able to install it immediately.

The first one arrived damaged, I knew before I opened the box. I returned it and they sent a replacement. This one arrived perfectly. I am very happy with the backsplash.

Unfortunately, we didn’t unbox this in time for a return. The back was well covered and had no scratches. The shelf which is very visible, had a lot of scratches and tape across the front. The sponge included must have been damp. It had rust spots and there were some rust spots on the metal. The edge across the shelf needs smoothing over. We cleaned and polished for over 3 hours trying to get the shelf to improve. We were very disappointed that this was so much work.UPDATE The company contacted us and promptly without question took care of the issue to our 100% satisfaction. Fantastic and fast, hassle-free customer service.
