Used this to make a solar pool heater and it worked great. Didnt kink, easy to set in a spiral. Dont think there would be any issues when using it for what its intended for as sprinkler hose.

just be warned this is not truly half inch water pipe as advertised. It’s half inch outter diameter pipe, which will not except any half inch barbs, adapters inserts, etc.so plan accordinglymisrepresentation in my opinionhalf-inch pipe is half inch inner diameter not outter diameter like this was advertised.not impressed.

Installed about 300' of this 1/2" inside-diameter tubing so far as a mainline for my new drip irrigation system. I use 1/4" couplers to break it out to 1/4" clear tubing to go to the emitters, and installed an adjustable flow regulator to reduce the system input pressure to about 25-30psi. I put hose-clamps over the 1/2" tubing's ends, just to provide an extra level of protection again blow-outs in case the pressure gets too high. It's working great for me so far - even the occasional accidental kink hasn't led to any leaks. I recommend metal stakes every 2-3' ft. in order to hold the tubing in place, especially since it'll wanna curl-up, as it comes out of the box in a roll.

Used this to make a DIY pool heater. It does kink easily and took some effort to manipulate into coils, but was able to make it work and get all the kinks out. Works great and no leaks!

I accidentally ordered this tubing for my system instead of the Rain Bird tubing. This stuff is flimsy compared to Rain Bird. It's just as stubborn to shove onto fittings as the other, with the added problem that this tubing will KINK as you're trying to push it on, because it's too thin. As a result, it's extremely difficult to push it on far enough to prevent leaking. I also suspect it will be less durable in the long run.Not only will I not order this again, I intend to throw out the 190' of tubing I didn't use. It's that bad.

Compared to other drip hose material I've used, this hose was stiffer and quite hard to get the connector ends into it. I had to wait for warm weather to soften the material. Now that it's set up, seems to be working fine.

nice for the price range but really cheaply made,, Careful kinks super easily!

This drip hose was a dream to work with. It was very pliable and easily unrolled, not trying to return to a small roll. Soft enough to slip in "T" and "L" connectors where needed, soft enough to punch holes to add emitters, yet strong enough to handle the pressure when it was done. I've used a lot of this in the past and this was special enough that this is what I will order when I expand the system or do a new system. This one system is using over 40 emitters and more than 150 feet of 1/2" line, and It went together well with no problems. All connections are holding, leak free, with barbed connectors. I am very pleased. You will be too.

I found this very easy to install. I only had a couple minor issues. 1) It would be nice if The manufacturer sold a plug ir cap to use at the end. Flipping over the end and crimping it is a workable kludge, but that does work.2) It would be nice if the manufacturer included in its advertisement the tool it revommends for punching the starter holes and for plugging the goof holes. I used a drill and if you slip, you will go all the way the the tubing. :-(. Not a big issue, but ...I would not hesitate to purchase again. This tubing worked great.
