Worth the money. Even if you’re just going to use it a couple of times.

Two mods would really improve this tool.1. An indent inside where the ball of the drive would sit to lock it in. When your working at height, the last thing you want is this dislodging from the drive.2. Had to file the two knobs down with a rats tail file as the teeth that the cable rests on damage the insulation. Or using 3 or 4 wraps of tape. Maybe having little to no teeth and one post free spinning would perfect this device.

It works well, I am still getting used to it but it does offer more control on the ends of fat wire than what my bear hands can manage. Helps make more deliberate offset bends in 3/0 copper, to maneuver into terminations.

*Note to seller* This listing says material is 'stainless steel', this is incorrect. Material is 6061 aircraft aluminum. This discrepancy does not change the usefulness of the tool.I LOVE this tool. I wish I had it a few years ago. If you know, you know. No electrician should be without two (2) of these. Working in tight boxes, panels, meter bases, LB's and where ever wire needs to bend to get there, is gonna be a lot easier. Fits wire #3 to 500 MCM (KCmil). Uses standard 1/2" ratchet

Feels like aluminum, but thats no issue. Could really use a pin indent to lock it to a ratchet. Aside from that, best ive come by!

First of all it is a tool that you must have if you install main panels or even sub-panels no more fighting with feeder cables.I know there's other tools out there that are meant for bending the wire but this is very Compact and won't take that much space in your tool bag or tool box besides it's always good to have plan B on this case this tool is always my go-to never fails I've had one before and this is my second purchase because I lost my previous one. But be aware and do not expect a stainless steel this is machine from 6061 aircraft aluminum definitely not a stainless steel piece of metal.

Some really "tough" people think this is useless but if you suffer from tenonitus or a tendon injury this will allow you to keep working. My muscles are strong enough to bend the wire but tendons and joints are not so this is invaluable. Also it could help you young guys avoid the damage in the first place so you don't have to cope later. Pick one up.

I had been going to make something similar to this but never got around to it. I had a couple projects coming up that were going to need some close quarters cable bending so I broke down and bought the Bend-All. It works at least some of the time and has saved effort – but it is far from perfect. First off, it is expensive for what it is. (That was painful but it only hurts once.) It seems unnecessarily big and clunky. It does not always fit in where it needs to go. Proportions could be better if it were a steel forging instead of being machined from an aluminum block. (How many of your other wrenches are machined from aluminum?) The posts have serrations on them to help keep them from slipping on the cable. Unfortunately, as the cable is bent, it needs to slide on one of the posts. This tends to dig in and damage the insulation. I put a piece of heat shrink tubing on one of the posts which seemed to help. Having one of the posts free to rotate would probably be even better. This tool is rated for up to 350 MCM conductors. I have only used it on 4/0. For my use, having a smaller version with the posts a bit closer together would be better. It would be nice if there were small recesses machined on the sides of the square drive hole for the ball detent on the socket wrench extension to engage in order to help keep the Bend-All from falling off. Overall, in spite of its shortcomings not a bad tool to have in your kit, but don’t expect miracles.

-very good bender option; i still have to use my other T-handle bender for some bends but this little giant does some tight bends in small places-in the pic i show a 400 amp eaton breaker with 500mcm cable going to it that i bent with this little bender-almost impossible to bend 500 mcm without a little insulation distortion,... just move the bender an inch and bend a little more (don't do the whole bend in one spot if you don't have to) and it will be fine-A great tool; keep in mind that you need a 1/2" drive ratchet and i use a 1/2" extension as well
