... my pump died after 5th day using it. Had finished cleaning 2 carboys, turned off to swap carboys, and it wouldn't pump anymore. Can't find exact replacement pump, so going to try a reasonable replacement since I don't need a second rack.

Have to then look for a water trough , not ideal but 100% fit for purpose...you will need plug adaptor remember

I bought this because I have a very hardtime cleaning my 6gal glass carboy. I am SO happy this thing exists. I fill up a bucket and let this do all the work - even the nastiest carboy gets sparkling clean. It's seriously worth the cost if you brew a lot.

The "FastWasher Rack, Perfect Carboy Cleaner or Keg Washer up to 14 Gallons" worked well cleaning my 5 gal gall carboy and my corni kegs. Used an oxi clean agent and tough soiling had gone in 20 mins. As this came with a non UK plug, I cut it off and connected in a waterproof stop start switch and UK power cord. Much easier using the switch than unplugging with wet hands. Switching between carboy and keg was a bit of a 'faf' as you need to change fittings to add post cleaning tubes that are in the way if your cleaning a carboy.

Purchased this in hopes of using it to clean my fermentation buckets instead of having to do it by hand. I have built my own that does my glass carboys and kegs. I tried this on three different buckets and all had residue all over the sides and needed wiped out and cleaned by hand. Their solution to not enough pressure is to screw a barb into the end....zero improvement. The pump moves barely any water. I thought maybe I got a bad pump....tried to contact their “unbeatable customer service” twice with no response. This was a Christmas present so am very disappointed. We were unable to brew for a while and then tried it out and now beyond the return point or it would be going back. I would give negative stars if possible. Spend your money elsewhereUpdate: finally got a response from customer service a month later. They told me that a manual wipe is sometimes necessary after using it. To me this sounds like a rinser than a washer. I can do better with a hose. Worse piece of brewing equipment available. Please save your money

The fastwasher rack has been great! I got it a few weeks ago and tried it with my bucket/carboy setup and it has lots of power. Less cleaning means more brewing and was pretty cheap!
