This brush does not easily insert into flip top bottles. Once in the bottle they are loose and have to be sort of bent with pressure as your drill to scrub the bottle. You have to spin the bottle with one hand while bending to makes sure it contacts the surface. Needs a thinner central wire to make inserting easier and longer bristles to make full contact with inside of bottles.

The metal connecting the brush to the bit snapped after the 6th time using it. Not recommended

I used in on a shower drain, which it cleaned very well. Tried to push deeper around the trap. It bent and wrapped into a knot. It's stiff and will be very hard to straighten.

The end of the brush is different than what is pictured in the listing. As a result, it does not fit bottles like the photograph does. The end does have bristles but has a rolled steel end that makes it too wide to fit. Works fine for milk bottles.
