This stand is quite cheap feeling, and comes unscrewed easily from the bottom black piece. However, it works for my purposes, and presumably anyone else’s. Just might need to glue the bottom or something to keep the nut from loosening.

I got this to hold a separatory funnel and while it was easy to set up, and it did hold the funnel, as I was working with my setup, I found the clamps kept getting loose on their own, I had to keep tightening it down over and over... it would not hold the position well. The ring I needed was twisted and not on a horizontal plane, I was able to compensate with a clamp, but everything kept loosening up on me. It was quite frustrating, so I returned it.
