Heavy Duty Multi-Purpose Table Clamp

When you need something held in place, this premium multi-purpose clamp will do just the trick. Can be used for holding rods and pulleys, immobilizing meter sticks, securing lab equipment, and can also function as a G-Clamp. Made from heavy duty, die-cast metal, and features a vinyl sleeve and swivel pad to ensure a strong, slip proof grip on a variety of surfaces, up to 2.5" (65mm) thick. Non-ferrous, drop forged steel construction that will not bend or break under heavy loads. Solid metal screw adjustments and handles won't break while tightening. The built-in holder can accommodate rods or pulleys measuring up to 16mm in diameter.

Clamp measures approximately 5" wide, 4"tall and 1.5" long.

Using this to hold a lightweight extendable lantern pole upright. Will clamp my base with pole to table using this. Recently camped where tables are really really thick, and the opening on this clamp should be tall enough. I like how my pole will fit tightly by using the screw tightened securely. Well worth the investment.

Ordered 17 to use in one of our teaching labs. They work fine except the rubber cap is missing on about half. Not a killer since we have resin tables.

I needed a table clamp to secure a 5/8" aluminum rod to the side of my table. I found the Premium Multipurpose Table Clamp on Amazon and thought it would fit the bill. It was delivered sooner than I thought it would. Upon inspection it appeared to be of very good quality. The added sleeve protected the finish of my table from the metal portion of the clamp. I secured it to the table and also secured the rod in the clamp. It was rock solid. I think this will work out well for my needs. Definitely a buy again if the need arises.
