Overall these seem to be a great option for those who need more precise ID measurements.The spring loaded features of each seem to work well without hanging up.The overall quality seems to be very good.I have no used them enough yet to give it 5 stars but for the money they work as described.

These T guages are fine, so long as spring loaded gauges work for your application. Being spring loaded, they extend fully to the constraints of what you're measuring, then lock lock in place by tightening the stem knob; unlike standard T guages, which extend or retract depending on which direction you spin the knob. I didn't see this mentioned in the item description.

I used this tool for measuring the installed height on my valve springs on a set of GT 40 heads so that I could shim the valve springs for proper geometry and matching for better performance....Definitely worth the money for anyone needing this type of tool for not only this but many unforeseeable tasks in the future of my tinkering.
