Product seems to be of good material and quality but did not work for my 78 chevy c10. Will keep for my suburban... Don't wanna return because never know when you need something like this.

These are great. I was looking into the rubber ones and even bought a pair. But noticed my exhaust is very close to my springs and used these instead. It made a huge difference when towing

Sse copression nuts.Add 8 compressions nuts to secure the second platemake screw 1 inch longer and thickeruse better materiasAdd 8 compression washersMake plates thickerThe installation was easy, my 14 y.o. daugther did it, I only showed her how to secure the car, place the jack and lift it. She removed the tire you to show her but it is not necessary. I have used these clamps many years ago and they worked fine back them.

The first one was the most difficult to figure out how to squeeze it in there, but after that the rest were fairly easy. I used a piece of wood to pry between the spring and I had to tighten the nuts 1/4 turn for a while until my wrench cleared the other side nut, but overall I'm very happy I can change my ride height with just a 14mm wrench. Almost like having coil overs.
