I like that I can display them in portrait or landscape. The chart is divided by targeted areas of the body - which eliminates me figuring out which exercises to do. Highly recommend!

Great "Battle Rope Poster"!Not only does the poster show different workouts, it also shows the muscle group(s), that are being targeted.In addition, it has the workouts in specific body part categories being worked, back ,core, etc.This poster has the same information on both sides, in a different direction. This allows you to hang the poster vertical or horizontal.It is laminated, so it will be the only poster you'll ever need to buy!

Very happy with the chart. The chart comes printed in both sides. It has the same excercises in both sides, but aligned differently. So you can choose which side is better for you. The exercises suggested in the chart range from beginners to advance. All in all good product. No complains whatsoever.

Great poster. Not too big. Not too small. Laminated. You barely need to glance over to it to see the illustration and know which exercise to do next. Love that it separates out each body part, and if you want full body all at once they added a section for that, as well. With the money to have it on hand.

Really good poster but I had to get then re- laminated to added durability. I recommend that the manufacturer really re-laminates these posters so that they can truly last a lifetime

I ordered this product along with a new battle rope. I wanted to incorporate HIIT Training with my weight training, and thought a battle rope along with a diagram of various battle rope exercises would be ideal. The diagram has been very helpful, it's durable, and a great addition to my home gym. I highly recommend this product. I am very pleased.
