The crossbar includes a large clasping mechansicm that is too small for the post. We had been looking long and hard for sturdy materials as this one uses, so this was very disappointing. The company refunded us our money, but now what? Doesn't even sound as if they will give feedback to the manufacturer.

Very easy to attach or remove from the top of the easel. Does the job without losing it's grip, regardless of whether holding a single sheet or a large pad.
