The customization turned out great but the measurements show 6x8 inches - turns out it’s actually about 5 3/4” x 7 3/4” so if you order 6x8 photo protectors they will stick out beyond the cover. I contacted seller and they offered me a 15% refund which still wouldn’t help because I needed the correct dimensions. They offered to replace with the correct dimensions.

This is absolutely beautiful! And, since the wrong family name arrived and I had to reach out to support for a new one, I want to say how helpful and kind their support team is! We received the new one quickly and will be ordering more as gifts!
