My wife and myself put this 12 x14 louvered pergola up in one day. When I was looking at pergolas I had questions about the Purple Leaf and reached out to them. They answer my questions quickly and even sent me phone numbers to call them and asked if I wanted them to call me.I ordered the pergola and it arrived in seven boxes. I have to say it was very well packaged and all the parts had protective film on them. Customer service reached out to me and told me that the instructions were in box four and if I had any questions they would be happy to help. Assembly was straight forward and the two of us were able to get it up in one day. It is a very well made product. It’s going to be great during the hot Florida days this summer. The customer service is great.

It has been up now for over 12 months. Withstood the winds of Milton. The air that is up in is salt air.Have it over hot tub to give me shade.

I loved the material it was made of. Only thing we had trouble with was about 30 louvers were very hard to install.
