It’s difficult to fit a 5 pound doggie. This raincoat fit my dog beautifully. It was easy to put on and fit securely especially with the harness clips on the coat (which is super convenient). Excellent quality for the price. It also has ties at bottom to make the tail areas snug and rainproof. My dog didn’t mind it at all and she is finicky with outerwear.

I loved the fabric, built in harness and color, but had to return because of the weak snap closure that was located on the stomach side. It was hard to put on so I knew my dog would not be happy being subjected to the hassel. A nice zipper on the backside with protecting tab under it would have been better. Easy on, easy off.

Love the softness and style, however, the cut is for female dogs. The underside of the jacket extends too far down the belly and when my dog lifts his leg to pee, it goes inside the jacket and on him. I had to modify it by making folds shown in picture and now it’s great. I ordered two more knowing the change I will have to make because otherwise it is a great raincoat.
