This is a nice working very small pump so pay attention to the size. Has good water flow and is very quiet.

My gecko won't drink from a bowl, he will only drink droplets of water. So I put water in a glass vase, filled the top with plastic plants, and ran the hose up and clipped it in place so the water runs over the plants into the vase. I had to pinch off the water hose a bit because it comes out too fast, but it works great! I change the water and scrub the vase/pump once a week. My gecko loves it.

I ordered two pack of mini pumps to have a spare one. Buying two was cheaper than buying one. Pump works great would buy again.

I like how small they are! About 1.5x1.5 in. They fit right into my planter saucer just make sure the screen is down to get it all the way to the bottom.

These are small but good flow rate, using them for waterfalls in a paludarium. Highly recommend, only thing is you'll have to get more tubing if your planning on using both at one time. Only comes enough for 1 pump.

I replaced a pump that didn't work well in my dog water fountain. It works better than the original and is so quiet. I absolutely love it and I got TWO for a great price!!! Came almost overnight too!

It’s v small, exactly what I needed for a fountain that I put together. The highest setting isn’t v powerful so keep that in mind. For what I needed, it was perfect. No water flying everywhere yet enough to enjoy a trickling sound. I’m glad that there are two pumps, it’s nice to have an extra one if I need it or build another fountain.

Update Aug 3, 2024: The first pump died after about 10 months of service, running constantly during daylight hours and not running at night. The impeller core was in good condition. The failure was electrical, due to water intrusion around the cord (evidenced by minor corrosion on the copper wires). A resistance measurement across the electrical cord indicates an open circuit. The pump had been submersed at a depth of about 4-5" in deionized water. I had hoped for at least a year of service per pump, so I'm deducting a star - from 5 to 4. It's still a very economical pump, but I will have to keep it on an 8 month replacement schedule, which is sort of a hassle.----------------------------------------I needed a new recirculation pump to replace a pump with a worn bearing (that was squealing). It is used to circulate deionized water through a large heat sink and then through a small radiator with a fan. The "real" pumps are super expensive, with lots of focus on looking "cool." I don't need the "look," and I also don't need to cool the CPU and GPU of a power-hungry gaming computer. So I put this little pump in a plastic storage container with a hole in the snap lid. Water tubes and electrical cord go in and out through the hole, and the hole is sealed up with "dumdum." Easy-peasy. The assembly sits on top of the rack housing, where I can observe the water flowing. No need to bleed it. Just plug it in and go.This pump does not make the design mistake of my previous pump, which is to have plastic friction parts against plastic. It's got a stainless shaft, so it should last much longer. And yes, never trust expensive equipment to a cheapo pump: My solution to that is to place a temperature sensor on the heat sink that will shut the whole operation down if it goes overtemperature. The circulation rate is perfect - just a steady flow. Very quiet. Only 3W. Enough head to do the job.Best of all, I have a spare one in stock, if I need to replace it. And replacement will only take maybe 5 minutes :-)
