Product would be terrific if it fit. It does not. The plastic washer falls out and water still gets through.

Stem/Handle and gate itself is okay, but MOST IMPORTANT PART, RUBBER GASKET, is Too Small. Should fit snug in Gate Space, but does not, causing faucet to leak.

This was exactly like the one I already had. I was replacing it because the plastic and rubber have become brittle. Getting it out was a pain. The install for this new one was super easy. However, it didn’t work for my faucet. In fact, the leaking was worse. So I’m disappointed. I just used the new grommet in the old mechanism.

Fit perfectly and easy to install. Made from good material just like original part. Price was good. No leakage. Make sure you install the rubber wash in the right direction. Looks like OEM.
