The item is of no use to me if I don’t get the screw to screw it in.There’s also a huge gap between the plate and the handle. I don’t like it.

I wanted a replacement for a Moen set that was not very attractive and this one is well made and made of metal, easy to install myself and very attractive. The only minor complaint I'd have is the space between the handle and wall piece.

This is a great replacement for the Moen shower handle and it also works for the older model where the handle screws right into the shower faucet valve (the style without the plastic adapter). You can convert it to the newer style with this using the plastic adapter to have the handle screw onto it. This is the newer style attachment for the handle and it's easier to work with and the handle doesn't keep coming lose.

Personally I love this kind of color. It’s matte, not shiny nickel which I previously owned handle. Super easy to install as well!
