I had to send one back already. This one has a slightly chewed up gasket. It's like a mouse snacked on it. I still think it will serve the purpose so I am going to keep it. Thank goodness at least one out of 3 was perfect. Kohler needs to supply this unit to the stores that sale the SANTA ROSA toilet. I had to dump buckets of water to flush the toilet for 3 days. Will never buy Kohler products again

My Kohler toilet was not flushing properly and running at odd times. My plumber did not have the needed parts, so we decided the quickest way to get them was from Amazon. In two days, I had the parts, plumber came back and put them in. I have done some toilet repairs, but I’m a senior lady and he needed a lot of strength to insert the parts correctly, so I’m glad I called on him for this job. It’s been about three months, and the toilet has been working perfectly.
