Had mine for over a year still working great. Flame doesn't get hot for any type of welding or the like though.

Works awesome. Super quiet compared to the reg one if you’re using it to heat quartz. Doesn’t hurt the quartz either. Def have to get used to it. Almost returned it before realizing it’s 100% times better than the original one that comes with a propane tank. Def would buy again if I lose it.

I like the ease of use. Set amount of flame you want and it stays at that level. Pull the trigger and the flame is on! Safety switch can be turned to OFF if not using it for a while. No adjusting while in use.

I use a propane torch to light the heaters in the back yard as the pilot lights are always a pain to purge/light. I bought to replace a cheaper brand name one that was plastic and broke. This does not disappoint, it has a solid construction and yet feels balanced in the hand. Its great you set the flow rate and then done. My old one the on/off was the flow rate. Just pick up, pull the trigger and you have a flame. For the 1 out of 100 times it does not light first pull let go and pull again. It can be locked on for when needed a sustained flame. Lower cost than the brand name ones and just as good if not better!
