Les vrai turbo torche autour de 150$ fonctionne vraiment mieux mais si vous ne voulez pas dépenser cette somme, celle ci fonctionne très bien aussi mais n'est pas parfaite. L'embout devient rouge vif quand vous mettez la flamme au minimum et la torche fonctionne moins bien au froid. Mais la flamme est assez présise contrairement aux autres torches vendu en quincaillerie.

When I found out about GOSS original design, off to Amazon. Found this and works just swell, no more tipping the bottle and flameout. The attached igniter is very helpful for fast easy use.

I have an older one exactly the same and it performed very good and heat up the pipe in less than a minute and you can apply the solder right awayI love the way it rotate it cause you can use it in a tight corners especially between the pipes and the frame studs

Works as it should a very nice torch valve. I had one many years ago that lasted a long time and this one looks to be the same quality but more convenient with the igniter

This torch creates a hot flame with the air mixing. It is easy to direct it at the desired location and angle with the swiveling head. The auto-igniter works but it is made of plastic and looks like it is not very durable. Probably best to protect this torch when transporting and not in use. Limited turn-down so probably not a good choice if you plan to do low heat work with it - you may need to buy a different low heat torch. It does do a good job when you want lots of heat. A good value for a propane torch that can run hot.

I’ve been using this torch for 7 months now and it has been working great. I’m an apprentice plumber so I use this torch at least a few times a week and so far have had no problems.

It sparks up easy and handles up to 1 1/4" copper soldering pretty easily. On low gas heating like when your soldering inside a wall or a tight spot the tip does seem to get hotter than the more expensive ones a lot quicker. But I've been able to install a few shower valves and repair a couple of manifolds with it and the torch didn't add to my struggles at all. For the price if yours works like this one that I bought does, it's a steal.

Just by manipulating this tool, you can see that it's well built, sturdy and of good quality.Works perfectly well, even upside down. (but it is not recommended for a long period of time.)Very satisfied.

I was a handiman contractor for years. Now retired but I still help out some former clients and friends when I can. I had an old turbo torch that heater the newer type lead free solders that had higher melting temperatures than the former leaded types. It was sometimes touch and go whether the old bernsomatic torch would have enough heat to do a great job. The turbo torch answered all the problems, even on rare occasions fusing 1inch fittings. Unfortunately I must have held the torch tip up and solder got inside.purchase another. Years later more stuff disabled the burner. I purchased the torch for half the price of a turbo torch and qualify it as very good, it even has trigger start which is handy.You can’t weld with this but it is perfect for heating things that have rusted together to get them apart. Great purchase.
