My husband is resourceful. Literally has everything and buys himself what he wants as he wants it… hard to shop for. We have several shock vacs, roll around, dewalt battery powered, etc… I recently came a retractable wall mounted shop/garage vac… super cool idea but reviews were awful. So it made me love the idea of a permanent wall mounted vac. Researched until I came across this prolax for less than $500 it literally has the best specs of 10 that I compared l for weeks! Easily removable, dump-able, cleanable, large bucket! The best suction power/horsepower/amps,wattage. Hose will reach every corner of my large garage plus reach cars in the driveway! So far it has been awesome!

One of two wall vacuums already went out. There is a funnel ring in the bin that seals the base to the motor. They were both dumped in the garbage by accident when emptying the bin. Easy to do. This makes the vacuums useless. It seems that this would be a part that you could also easily purchase from the company. However they do not have a phone number to call and the responses we get from email are odd. They never give us the answer for how to purchase or replace parts. Their advertising about having a warranty and easy serviceable parts is simply not true. These vacuums will break down and you will not be able to get parts to fix them. Basically we have to toss both vacuums after just under a year of owning them. We also recently purchased their backpack vacuum. I feel it’s a waste of money. Next time we make a big purchase we are going to make sure it has serviceable parts and a company that can stand behind their products. Prolux has been a disappointment and a waste of money.

Love the vacuum and all the attachments! I use it professionally to detail cars. It’s relatively quite. The only thing I don’t like is the attachment carrying thing- very cheap

Installation was relatively simple, though my limited wall space meant I had to put the hose and bag below the vacuum. I held off on the review until I'd had time to use it a few times, and now I have.I can't speak for its wet vacuuming abilities, as that's not why I bought it. I wanted a vacuum that could rival the suction power of the car wash vacuums, and this one is pretty good—it pulls everything out of the floormats, and the crevice tool reaches hard-to-reach spots with ease.The hose is very lightweight, so it's easy to move around. It is a bit loud, but I wasn't expecting a silent vacuum.

This vacuum has the suction of a carwash vac. Finally a great wall mount vacuum, although a bit heavy. I did a trial run immediately after mounting, and was greatly impressed with the performance. As stated in previous reviews, the hose is not the greatest quality; however, I'm not too concerned about it. This vacuum also came with a nice amount of attachments to cover most cleaning needs. My only real complaint is the hose caddy is not nearly wide enough. Other than that, I can easily live with minor issues. My recommendation is to buy it. This baby performs with the best of them.

I work for a busy transportation company where we detail our own limos in house. So far this vacuum has great suction and works well. This is several hundred dollars cheaper than our other vacuum we replaced. It seems to be a great product for the value. I just hope it will last for a long time. I knew it worked great right away when it was picking up glitter and other things our old vacuum would not. So far very happy with the purchase.

When I pulled it out of the box I couldn't wait to turn it on and start vacuuming. I love all the attachments that came with this. Bought it for my car used it after unpacking it. I have never vacuum my car as quickly & easily as I have with this vacume. The suction on this is amazing. Way better than my Electrolux. I was able to vacume my SUV thoroughly & quickly in about 15 min. Normally it would take about 45 min . My Electrolux was not good at picking up dog hair. This thing is a beast, it sucks everything even in the tightest of cracks and crevices making the job effortless. I also love the long hose and the fact that you lose no suction because the hoses long I can't say enough good things about this vacuum. It is worth every penny. I am so glad i found this product & bought it. If I get divorced this vacuum is coming with me lol It is now like my child I will not leave it behind. To the manufacturer thank you for making such a great product in this day and age when everything is made so cheap you still have an outstanding product. Well done!
