Upfront disclosure - I received this item due to my participation in the Amazon Vine program. While the item itself was free, the value of the item is considered "taxable income", which means I end up paying roughly 25% of the cost of the item. At the time of purchase, this floor cleaner was $500 and at the time of writing this review it is priced at $340.--I was pleasantly surprised with how well this floor cleaner works. It scrubs well enough to clean a very dirty floor while still being quick enough for small messes. The assembly was very easy, only taking 10 minutes or so overall. The ergonomics are great, it's well balanced and easy to maneuver around furniture. The battery is large enough to handle all of the hard floors we have in the house, but the water tank needs to be emptied/refilled about halfway through. I haven't run the battery all the way out yet, but it seems like the battery will last 2 entire water tanks (maybe more) before having to be recharged. The charging station is nice and I like the self-cleaning a lot. The cleaning process is pretty loud but we keep it in the laundry room, and it's not any louder than if we had the washer or dryer running. The voice that tells you what mode your in is pretty loud, but there is a volume button on the back of the unit that can quiet her down and even turn her off completely if you're so inclined. I am always a fan whenever companies think to include integrated volume control. It handles hard wood very well, but it doesn't do as well on tile. The scrubbing head doesn't get down into the grout lines very well and it takes some back-and-forth if you want to really get into the cracks. The manual recommends that you only use the floor cleaner that is sold by the manufacturer, but I don't think that's truly necessary. I see no reason that a standard hardwood solution that's made for cleaning machines wouldn't work, and that's what I'll be going with once I run out of the provided solution. They do provide enough solution for 50 tanks of cleaning though, so that's a nice touch (500ml bottle, 10ml used per tank). With the amount of hard floors in our house, the provided bottle should last us 25 full mops.I gave it 4 stars simply because I don't think it's worth the $500 price tag. It *might* be worth the current $340 price tag- it has significantly reduced the amount of time it takes to care for our floors. It's nice that it has a charging base and is ready whenever we need it without fussing with batteries or making sure we have a cleaning solution ready to go. We have a kid, so having the ability to quickly clean up a mess is a pretty massive benefit.

Cleaning the floors has never been so quick and easy. I don't even dread it anymore! I have two short-haired dogs, so before I got this wet/dry vacuum cleaner I had to make sure that the floors got a good vacuum before I mopped, otherwise I would end up smearing the dog hair around. There wasn't a good/easy way for me to do a quick cleaning of my floors. Well, this thing solved that! I don't have to vacuum ahead of time because it does it at the same time as it cleans the floors! We've had the muddiest winter ever (lots of snow and then thawing, and repeat) and my dogs track in the mud no matter how many towels and rugs I lay by the door. Now I can just fire this baby up and give it a quick spin around the house whenever it's needed and BOOM, clean floors! I could cry, y'all. The good:This vacuum looks sharp, sophisticated, and modern, so I don't mind having it out where people can see it (no outlets in the closets to charge it). It's relatively quiet, especially considering it's vacuuming and mopping at the same time, so everyone in the house can go about their business without being bothered. It efficiently cleans without drenching the floors, which is super important because we have bamboo flooring that's not supposed to get too wet. The floors are completely dry in less than a minute of me running the cleaner over them. It doesn't even require a whole lot of water/cleaning fluid either-- the tank is pretty small but lasts longer than I anticipated it would before I have to refill it. And holy moly, the dirty water tank afterwards is disturbingly gross. It's obviously doing an excellent job.The maybe not so good but definitely not terrible and totally tolerable:The only thing that isn't an absolute pleasure about this wet vacuum is having to rinse out the tank afterwards, but it's a small price to pay, honestly. The roller that does the mopping has a self cleaning mode, so no need to worry about cleaning that! It even dries itself so it doesn't get stinky! Very little of the cleaning solution is needed per each tankful of water, so the bottle that came with it should last a while, however, it is stated in the instructions that it is the only cleaner that should be used. I was able to find the solution on Amazon, but it's $17, which isn't too bananas, but I know that there are others that are less expensive, so I may need to do some exploring and see if I can find something else that is still compatible with the vacuum and will do just as good of a job.

Wow! Everything about this mop is unbelievable! I wish I would’ve found this a very long time ago. It sucks up all of the tough to clean spots. It dries super fast. Filling it and emptying it is super duper easy. It glides with ease! I’m obsessed. I have 3 little ones and they make a mess so fast, but this just saved my life!
