I bought one for myself and one for my Grandson after watching him struggle with a bigger heavier case, this is nicely padded, well made and practical.

The zipper on my bag will open when pried with little force. This means when the zipper is zipped, it will unzip itself on the other end. This lead to my trumpet falling onto a parking lot a few feet. Thankfully it was a cheap student trumpet. Still, the cosmetic damage is a big bummer as it was pristine before hand.

Great bag so far, but the "snap" button which I believe can be used to connect the two handles, seems magnetic and is not nearly strong enough to stay snapped.

This was purchased for a vintage French trumpet that did not come with a case. Carries the trumpet well. Light weight and easy to carry. Has a side pocket for small items. Does the job!

I've been playing trumpet for 20 years. Lugging my giant 3 trumpet protec case everywhere was tiring and needed an alternative to just carry around my Bb. Instrument. For the price it's padded decently, though I wouldn't go dropping it. Has a small pouch for oil and mouth pieces and a strap. In expensive and simple. It's what I was looking for and it's what I got.If you want to get this for a kid to bring their trumpet back and forth in a school setting...I'd say get a hard case or something with more padding. However if you are going to a gig and need a light weight option for reasonable price, this works just fine.

Looks nice and appears well made but quite flimsy with minimal padding/reinforcement. Sent it back as anticipated a dented or mangled horn.

This is a GREAT bag. Okay, so maybe GREAT is a bit strong, but it really is great.My Yamaha fits perfectly, with room on the sides and front and back, but it is still snug enough to prevent movement.Unlike other bags I have purchased, this bag actually has useful padding. Though I'm not suggesting you can be careless with your horn, the bag will protect your horn in most cases.The only issue I have is the strap is a little on the light side and the clips that hold the strap to the bag could be a bit more heavy duty.But it is a virtually perfect bag. I am especially happy with the bag because of all the JUNK I have purchased on Amazon in the last year or two. I am SOOO tired of the Chinese cheap crap - this bag is a great buy, well made and functional.
