This pizza dough roller must be the best there is in the market. You can easily leave it to your offspring as a family heirloom, and they to their progeny, no kidding. It is built to last and no doubt will get the job done of poking little holes into your dough, pizza after pizza, for a hundred years or more.I returned the roller without using it because it was too heavy for my arthritic hands and too big for my already cluttered kitchen gadgets drawer.Until I find something lighter that can do the job, I'll keep using the old trusty fork.
