I waited so long to get this scraper because it felt more like a "luxury" kitchen utensil to use here and there. I use it all the time to scoop up chopped veggies, so, now I wish I had bought it sooner!!! Great quality, too, which has been hard to find on Amazon lately.

I have been using this regularly. I ignored when the wooden handle came off because I could still use it. But buyers should know about this.

This variant of a bench knife is particularly useful for scooping vegetables just chopped off the cutting board and into the pan or a bowl. The offset handle makes it easy for people with hand issues to use because the grip is so easy. The various scales and holes in the blade are helpful for working dough for pastry. Basically this tool is the traditional bench knife reimagined and made easier to use for all of us.
