I couldn't get it to go through soft dough to cut into strips and no way was it going through a pizza crust as it's just not sharp enough so you have to make a bunch of back and forth motions to get it to cut a pizza. It is comfortable in your hand and comes apart to clean easily but just doesn't do it.

Don't use this on a non-stick surface. It will slide everywhere. So, use on a cutting board to make clean cuts.

I use this to cut bread dough, especially when I make anything that requires cutting the dough into lots of pieces (to make dinner rolls) or strips (to make bread sticks or pretzels). It's silicone so the dough doesn't stick to it, it's much easier than using a knife and it won't scratch or damage the kitchen counter. Easily comes apart for cleaning.
