It works for chopping up my dog’s canned wet food, which is exactly what I wanted it for, but I thought it was plastic from the pics. I can see how it can look like either now. It’s just loud for use in a stainless or ceramic bowl, hence why I wanted plastic. Size is perfect for a standard stainless steel bowl-it goes across the full diameter. Quality is very good too. The rubber piece doesn’t feel like it will become loose/disconnected.

It's sharp and great for cutting doughs but I was hoping for something more comfortable in my hand but still solid.

Anyone who cooks needs a scraper like this for various things. It works perfectly for baking bread, gathering veggies to put in a pot, etc. Don't know how I lived this long without one. The handle makes it easy to work with and the sharp edge is perfect for cutting through dough. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and easy to hold. Love the ruler on the blade as it makes dividing dough or scoring bread and pan rolls easy with near perfect lines. It could be a tad bit sharper, but overall it is an amazing tool! Extremely pleased...still can't believe it was less than $10..wow! 😁

I use for baking generally. It is very study. I do find that the flexible scrapers are a bit more handy to use so I actually use them more often to clean bowl, roll dough out of bowl and move it around the bench than this tool. However, this is a handy tool for cutting since measurements are marked on scraper. Since it is so stiff, it makes moving dough around easy and with little or no sticking. well made.

I needed a scraper for shaping sourdough. This is a scraper that shapes sourdough. It's a good price. It's easy to clean. It has measurement stuff on it that I will probably never use, but I know some people love that option. That said, I was using a knife before and I'm really glad I sprung for a dedicated shaper, it makes life a lot easier. If you make sourdough, do yourself a solid and just get a scraper. It might seem like a splurge but you'll be glad you got one.

A well-priced dough scraper with etched (not painted) markings. It was tough to tell from the pictures, but once I received it, I could tell the values on the blade were lightly etched (not too deep to accumulate material). Very well made with a great silicone handle. This is not sharp like a knife, nor did I want something very sharp. However, the blade does have a bevel ground to it, so if you want to make it very sharp, you can.

Rounded handle and excellent professional quality makes this item the perfect addition to my kitchen utensils. Due to the rounded handle, makes it easier on my arthritic hands to use in longer cooking prep conditions. Great price along with quick ship made this a wonderful transaction. Don't think any other comes close in comparison.
