I've used several other brands in the past and this was the easiest to install. It has plenty of room for the 6 ga wire, it has removable plastic inserts instead of knockouts and its well gasketed for the weather.

This is well built with plenty of room for 6/3 wire. Unlike most of the others, the knockouts on this box are 3/4". Would definitely recommend.

If you live in the country like I do, you probably get water from a private well. When the power goes out, so does your supply of water. A generator is easy to use with an extension cord running in through a window to run your refrigerator, but how will you get power to your well pump?Putting in a proper generator connection to run some or all of your home's electric circuits isn't all that difficult. Bringing in generator power starts with a generator inlet box. This one is of good quality and costs less than that other brand that the big box stores sell. Why not do the job right and save a few bucks at the same time?

Very nice generator inlet box to connect generator to the house. It is a bit hard to install it since the wires are very heavy and it takes some effort to get them into the box when attaching to the home. Once installed is is very nice and easy to use. The green light is a nice plus to know the status of the power.

Well built. It has plugs with waterproof gaskets that can be removed on either bottom or sides. It has mounting screw-holes in the back. I did NOT have to drill any holes. It worked out perfect with my 3/4" liquid-tight conduit and #6 wire.
