ABOUT IEADEN PRE-CUT KINESIOLOGY TAPE SERIES:
Maybe you would spend a lot of energy due to cutting of muscle tape that suits you before exercise, which will undoubtedly affect your exercise experience as well as exercise enthusiasm. IEADEN pre-cut design of kinesiology tape can solve this problem to the greatest extent.
How to use:
(We have cutted backing paper into six parts)
1. Tear 1 backing paper and stick the tape on your deltoid.
2. Tear 5 backing paper and stick the tape on your shoulder.
3. Tear 2, 3, 4 backing paper and stick the tape on your upper shoulder.
4. Tear 6 backing paper and strench the tape 1-2 inch towards your arm.
5. Touch tape circlely 5-7 times after pasting to improve tape's adhesive.
Please stretch tape 30-50% extra length properly when sticking tape and repeatly press tape 3-5 times after sticking. It can maximize tape's effect.
Attention:
1.Cleaning and drying skin before you stick tape.
2.Remove overmuch body hair before before you stick tape.
3.Avid taping in wound's skin.
4.Tape should be stored in a cool and dry place.
5.If your skin is allergic, please stop using immediately and feedback to us.

Good product. But u need to take a hair dryer after u put it on heat patch and rub it in. It will not come off

It's ok for support but it is not Kinesiology tape, does not stretch doesn't have the same effect as the Knlogy. tape. it gave me a bit of a rash i guess its the cheap adhesive.Seller excellent !!

I had shoulder surgery 6 months ago and I am still experiencing instability.Nice concept but you need 2/shoulder. The design is too small (maybe for a female arm) and not supportive enough. I needed to use 2 facing opposite directions put perpendicular to how they are designed to work. Back to front |>|

I'm 72, had major shoulder surgery in 1997 from work related repetitive, industrial mechanical work. I reinjured it about 10 years ago weight lifting. About 3 years ago it started hurting really bad doing chores around the house like firewood cutting, splitting and moving it and stacking. Also working overhead and doing auto and house repairs it began slipping out of joint. I had a diagnosis that it needed to be replaced and have been getting steroid shots since. I saw athletes using these bands and tried the precut shoulder band. In a word "Wow" it felt better immediately. There is however, a significant drawback for old man skin, it is difficult to remove the tape. I soak it with alcohol and comes off but I get rashes and tenderness. I have started using the tape when I have a day's work and deal with the tape removal because it helps my pain and productivity. I have an appt next week with my orthopedic doc for a shot and an update on when I will get the replacement surgery. I'm hoping it will last until next March so it'll be recovered by Spring chores, planting and such. I'd recommend trying it, cheap enough for sure. Good luck to you.
