I bought 2 of these units for hanging stuff - with hooks. One unit was fine with all the parts as described. The other came with a double set of screws but NO HOOKS.The hooks seem proprietary so I can't improvise like I can with fasteners.

All the utensils fit on the hooks, very sturdy and easy to hang. My husband the baker in the family likes them because he doesn’t have to dig for measuring cups and spoons.

I hung this up because my counter felt cluttered. I love that it spins and is able to hold my kitchen utensils with ease.
