First impression, nice look! Heavy stature, feels tough and nice legible large enough "backlit" led screen with nice functional settings, easy rather. The ones that review this and cry about the adjustment screw/wheel on the bottom and how they cant set their target weight. Is not much of a big deal to me. The wrench comes with a calibration certificate and instructions. Read them! Get used to using a torque wrench and making field adjustments to compensate for it. Its why they are supplied among other regulatory reasons, im sure. Yeah its touchy, but its a $100. Its mechanical get over it. Oh and the person who reviewed and was complaining about the finish of the metal. Really? Lol. Its fine looks fine. Its a wrench. Ill edit and update this review if i ever end up feeling like i didn't get my money's worth.

My third or fourth torque wrench but my first digital. I tested it to my two others and they were all extremely close. Digital readout could not be more simple and accurate. Read out is back lit. Since mine has the higher range, it is long handled msking for an easy fulcrum for getting those big fasteners tight. Case is good and does not take up more space than necessary. If I had to complain about something, I’d ask for a larger font readout. I’m 60 just like my eyes ! Otherwise it is an exceptional buy for the money.

I've owned a Craftsman 3/8 electronic digital torque wrench that has worked well over the last few years. When my old 1/2" torque wrench finally failed, I found this eTORK 1/2" auto electronic torque wrench on Amazon. The electronic portion looked so much like my 3/8" Craftsman that has worked so well I decided to order it. When it arrived, I was pleased with the quality and immediately torqued a number of 130-190 ft-lb fasteners that my broken old wrench couldn't. The eTORK 1/2" Auto Electronic torque wrench is identical, except in torque capacity and drive, to my Craftsman 3/8" wrench. So much so, I think the Craftsman is just a rebadged version of the eTORK. I'm very happy with my purchase. The eTORK Auto Electronic 1/2" 250 ft-lb torque wrench is easy to use and heavy duty. I expect it to last for years.

Of all the digital torque wrenches offered by Amazon I ended up choosing this one majority for price. I got it for $98 after a 20% discount was applied. So that was huge in my decision. I didn’t wanna pay $250-$350 for one and really if the cheaper ones can do the same thing. So at first I watched a video on how to use it, and after that I used it for my Ford Explorer’s lug nut install. Many of my original lug nuts had been stripped, so I took it to a small mechanic shop so they could remove the lug nuts, and as they removed them I installed my new ones and torqued them at 100ft/lbs as is the setting for my specific vehicle. And I gotta tell you, it was so easy to torque them down. I pushed on it until I heard the click, and went to the next one. Even the guy helping me out asked where I got it from, because he liked it so much. He even asked if he could do my last wheels lug nuts so he could try it out! I only gave it 4 stars, because unfortunately it only provides the click that normal torque wrenches do. This torque wrench would’ve been perfect if it beeped or gave you some kind of audible notice that the torque threshold was about to be met, and then met itself. Although the click is noticeable, you could miss that click if your not paying attention or our listening to music. Better yet, you know what, for the price I paid, I think I am gonna give it 5 stars for the overall performance of it compared to the price I paid! Get one while you can!👍🏼

First of all, let me say that I am a construction worker and not a mechanic by trade, but I do some mechanic work around the house from time to time. I already owned a click type torque wrench, but I was always unsure of getting the correct setting adjusted on it and would sometimes miss the click that it made at times, but it was fine for the minor things that I would use it for. But, when the intake manifold on my Mustang needed replacing, and due to an extreme garage repair estimate, I decided to tackle the job myself. I knew I needed a wrench that I could trust for accuracy, one that is simple to use and one that would definitely let you know when you had reached the target torque. Part of the bolts on the manifold were to be torqued in ft/lbs and some in in/lds, so I also needed a wrench that would read both, so I purchased this wrench.I am VERY PLEASED with this wrench. It is SO EASY TO USE. It is so easy to set your target torque and it has a definite "give" in the handle when you reach your torque setting that you won't miss. It seems to be a very high quality tool plus a great case to store it in (This ones staying in the house with me). Another plus is that the sales and service for this wrench is located in the USA, (Georgia) This tool paid for itself many times over with this one job. To say that I am pleased with this wrench is an understatement. If your thinking about buying a digital torque wrench in this torque range, buy this one, you will be very pleased!!!

Amazon messed up my order by sending me the wrong wrench. Cliff at etork went out of his way to make the whole experience painless. They immediately took care of this and even gave a discount for the inconvenience! The product is amazing. I had another torque wrench from epauto that never clicked at the set limit, almost snapped my bolt. So I needed a reliable torque wrench that I could trust. Their product gave me this confidence due to the precision it provided and solid design. The team at etork really takes pride in their products and in making sure the customer is happy.I can't stress it enough, it's really worth the investment. It's worth spending the extra 20/30 bucks in a torque wrench when you think of the damages an overtorque (or under) can do and the massive cost it can imply.DIY or pro, that product will satisfy you right away. You can feel it too when you're using it! Thanks Cliff!I ended up ordering more torques to cover all the ranges I needed! Can't wait to get these too.
