I purchased this 21 inch snow blower as an upgrade to my electric 18 inch, but boy is it not an upgrade. It has low power, it does not remove snow cleanely, it smells like it's burning out, it is weak and does not last long, it is extremely tough to use and hard to push, and it is annoyingly loud.I thought this would help me clear snow, but I'm using just as much effort as if I was shoveling.Do not buy this model, find a different company!

First snow. 6 inches of snow, wouldn't throw it 6 feet. Easy to use, but won't Handle deeper snow. Smells like it is overheating when running. I am on the fence about this snow thrower.

Add the weight of your 14 ga. extension wire to the weight of your snow blower. That makes it a little tougher to drive through the snow. Not easy for an 81 yr. old. Very reasonably priced, though

Couldn’t push on driveway or sidewalk. Had to lift it up off surface. This caused the blower to shoot snow back on me and left a layer of snow on the surface. I ended up shoveling snow into a pile and then running it over the pile

It did what I needed but lost pieces in the process. Screws came out while I was using it. I tightened everything. I am sure of it.

Living in North Mississippi where we only get snow very seldom, and being proactive I purchased this for the future. Purchased feb, 2024. Used it or tried to use it today, Jan 2025 for the first time. 3 inches of powder and it is worthless. 16' wide drive and it won't blow snow from the center of the driveway to the outside so you have to do everything 2 times. It's easier to push a snow shovel than this piece of crap. Stuck with it now. Will put it in the spring neighborhood yard sale for $10. I wish I had an enemy so I could upset their day. The only reason it got 1 star is because I had to continue. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase. I even tried to buy a replacement drive. The seller wouldn't answer my email and all the parts houes haver never heard of this number belt

I was looking for a snow blower that would not run on gas as I don't have an outside storage area. I would be storing it in my house. I went with this one based off of reviews as well as ease of use. I am in the Midwest and we got hit with a lot of snow as well as an artic chill. Today is the first day for our temps going up into the double digits. I get a lot of snow drifts as I live in a corner house. I made sure to spray the auger as well as the chute with wd40. This machine cut right through all of that with no issue. Some areas were 4" deep and other parts of my walkway were close to 12" of snow. The snow is still powdery due to the near zero temps we had. I'm not sure how this will handle heavier wet snow. I will update my review when I have the chance to use it in that element. So far I am happy with this purchase.
