I live in an area where snow and salt are common during the winter. It threw snow, def not 30 ft. My major reason for the 1 star. I got this and it stopped snowing (not uncommon). Once it started snowing again, I only used it 4 times and noticed as i was clearing the snow off it to store it, the bolts and nuts were rusted not only on the outside but the inside. I also noticed that the tine was touching the ground, meaning it was hitting the pavement constantly. I understand how water and salt and rust works, but after 4 short maybe 15 min uses and not even 1 season it should not be rusted. Company tried to brush it off as common, which yes it can be but not that fast. The snow on it in the pictures is because I was brushing it off when i noticed it. It costs almost the same to ship it back for a refund as the product cost. I did go with another brand and a bigger one.

Worked great on 3 inches of snow, easy to push along, and was very easy to put together, just needed a Phillips head screwdriver

We just had it delivered about 2 weeks ago. All put together. Was easy. Unless you have a lower extremity disability. Get help. Did dry test run. Appears to work. Batteries are fully charged. Now waiting for snow. Once it is fully tested. My rating can increase or decrease. O the Amazon delivery driver did a excellent job in bring the large heavy box up to my garage. Thank you sir!

I bought the Power Smart because I needed a small corded electric snow blower that fits into my tiny garage and my last Toro PowerCurve was an absolute nightmare. The Power Smart is much heavier than the Toro and the wheels should ideally be larger. Pushing it is a real workout for someone my age. Also you have to bend over every time you want to change the chute direction. Great powerful motor but basic otherwise.Happily it clears snow much better than even my first Toro ever did, even wet and heavily packed down icy snow. A foot of snow will take time but it will get the job done. For the money I am 100% satisfied with the Power Curve. If it lasts another season I’ll upgrade the wheels. Hopefully the odd smells from the motor will have dissipated by then. The Power Smart is an inexpensive basic beast that will get the job done and you will have Superman arms.

Works great. It took 5 minutes to put together and did well in a couple of inches of fluffy snow. I think it could handle more, you would just have to go slow or take small bites. If what I needed perfectly, no motor and small enough to put up in my storage space in the summer.

This thing is a power horse and oh so easy to use. My primary goal was I wanted to get down to the pavement and oh does it ever. Just had 4-6" of heavy snow and did my drive and pad in less than an hour. 3/4 car pad plus a 120' drive (on hill), would have been less if a car did not compact the snow. I also own a heavy-duty high end gas snowblower that was 10x the cost and find it a heavy beast making any light job (snow fall under 1') just so much work. The road plow burm was also navigable with 1/3- 1/2 passes. Noise is okay, a mid level. Only wish was a lock or clamp at the plug as It does disconnect easily. It can get to the pavement even after a car has compacted snow (not as easy as no compact but it can with a slow pass). The throwing is surprisingly far, it does have a bit of left and right throw rotation when aiming forward (my only complaint, but I can get over that. LOVE LOVE LOVE and please snow more. So easy that one can haul to every property in a compact car (or bike) or just buy one for each. I can see where the pads might wear and it may not effectively clear to the pavement over time but at this cost, buying one every season would be fine (just wasteful).
