These batteries seem very much like what comes with the Ring camera. I have not used them yet, but I did charge them so they will be ready. The initial charge cycle takes some time just as the Ring batteries do. I use my cameras with the solar panels, and in most cases they stay fully charged.

Despite having a bigger capacity than the original, it does not last long at all. Mine went from 100% to 30% in less than a week. It does keep my camera functioning while I charge the Ring battery but I would like it to last longer

Review for POWEROWL 2 Pack for Ring Camera Battery, I love my Ring cameras though the batteries are a bit pricey. I thought I'd give these a try, why Powerowl? Well you receive two batteries and a charging cord ( you will need your own power supply), they charged quickly, about 2 hours though I'm not sure how much charge they had when I received them. I'm using both in my Ring Spotlight Cam Pro cameras, both cameras show 99% & 100% for the past week, note they each also have Ring solar panels.For the price on one Ring brand 6040 mAh battery you can buy 2 Powerowl 6400mAh batteries plus a charging cable. I will follow-up their status in a few months.As a Vine member I did not pay for the product; never the less my review is unbiased.

After having my front door Ring doorbell for two years, the original battery no longer holds a charge. Yes, I can still charge it to full capacity, but it only lasts one week now. It's time for a replacement.Why spend the same price for one Ring Doorbell original replacement battery when you can get two aftermarket batteries for the same price? You don't have to. Just buy these! They perform the same as the battery that came with my Ring when it was new. I guess the only downside with these batteries is that they charge pretty slowly. Come to think of it, the original battery charged only slightly faster, so it's no big deal.I disposed of my original battery and only use these now. Having one in my Ring doorbell and one in my drawer fully charged and waiting to be used is awesome. I highly recommend these aftermarket batteries! Great deal for two!

made sure my current model matched & I am getting 2 for the price of 1, unpackaged, arrived on time, secured in the packaging, comes with proper instructions, & warnings to look out for....so I plugged them in to charge no issues, other than, I already own the 2 pack recharger product, b/c all my Ring products are relied on batteries at all times.....with these by PwerOwl, there were 2 for the price of 1 ..... I tried to put them in my 2 battery ring charger, it was a little tight at 1st so I kept an eye on one, to see if it was creating any heat...so far so good! I didn't leave it over night - it charged up fully within a few hours & I check all the number details it's all the same.....I always approach batteries w/ caution, these are no different, I don't ever leave anything over night for the 1st charge. The main cable to charge the other battery (b/c this pkg came w/1 charging cable) worked fine, it was a little longer, but I'm fine with slow & steady, as it's the best choice.pracktice w/ batteries. No heat or negative outcomes. The cradle that holds 2 batteries I used 1 & it charged up quickly, felt fine, no heat what so ever!. I charged the 2nd with the charger it came w/in the pkg & also kept an eye on it.....for any heat production - none so far...... ALL went well 👍 ( it's all made from the same place).....that's just my opinion...and Im a shoo it straight person! the biggest worry w/recharging batteries, devices, etc is to watchout for overheating & they come with instructions/warning so just a quick read & you will be set.They look & feel identical for the replica brand they are replacing & you get 2 for the price of one - I will update once I have been through a full cycle of using them, draining & re-charging......I say go with caution always when it comes to batteries, but these are working 5 star, they look identical to the original batteries so they need to be used on the proper product, they tell you which models they are compatible for. happy shopping & I will visit again in a month or 2...
