I ordered this potato ricer and it arrived quickly. I was surprised by the included peeler. The three different inserts for the ricer was a nice option. I confess that I have only used the ricer for potatoes and no other vegetables. So my review with be from that perspective. I prefer the medium size insert. It gets the potatoes to the size and consistency that I like and prefer. It seems to be a basic device that does what it claims. I was not a fan of the peeler. I wasn't expecting the peeler and upon first use, it was a bit awkward and took some getting used to. I still think I prefer a peeler with a handle, but I digress. The ricer is worth the asking price, but I am taking off one star for the peeler. I can recommend the Ricer.

My mashed potatoes always end up pretty chunky no matter how much I mash them. I've heard good things about potato ricers and decided to give this one a try. It lives up to the hype! Super easy to use, and quick. I've never made such creamy mashed potatoes before! Pretty easy to clean too!

I am far from an expert on potato ricers. I have wanted one for a few years but never came to mind until I already did old fashion way. Well I finally pulled trigger and ordered this oneIt works great. I see some other reviews that the plates get jammed / clogged then locked up. I haven't experienced this yet, and I hope I never will.So far, the quality of the item seems high. The ricer is very easy to use and "squeeze".The results have been delicious creamy mashed potatoes with minimal effort and easy clean up. The price is good vs competitors. I would recommend

My partner has wanted a potato ricer for a very long time, and when I saw this one made of stainless steel, and with multiple hole sizes, I finally bit. He LOVES this thing. After boiling potatoes, he squeezes them through and gets the perfect little rice-sized potato bits out. This allows him to mix in the seasonings, butter, etc. for further mashing with the perfect consistency. It's an interesting structure to the tool as well, where there's a little flap inside the squisher that helps push things through the grate. The only downside is that we lose some efficiency in the potato that slides up and around the squisher along the cup's walls - which requires us to re-add those lost pieces to the next cupfull. It may not actually be a flaw in the design, but it does feel like it takes a tad longer since we do that with each squeeze. All in all, this does a great job.

This grinder is made of quality stainless steel. I've used it multiple times and it feels sturdy and well-structured, so I don't worry about it bending or breaking during use. The handle is also sturdy, providing a firm grip when crushing. Using Ricer is incredibly easy!I steam or boil my potatoes, let them cool slightly, and then put them in the grinder. By applying a little pressure to the handles, the potatoes turn into clouds of light, fluffy boiled potatoes in seconds. It requires minimal effort.
